AI Agent Engineer

About This Role

At VizzyLabs, AI agents aren't a feature — they're employees. Our agents (Amy, Eva, and others) autonomously handle operations, code review, data pipelines, and creator management. As an AI Agent Engineer, you'll design, build, and scale these agent systems. This isn't prompt engineering — it's systems engineering for autonomous AI.

What You'll Do

• Design and build autonomous AI agent architectures using Claude, GPT, and Gemini
• Develop agent tooling — skills, memory systems, multi-agent coordination, and self-healing workflows
• Build full-stack features (SvelteKit frontend + FastAPI/Django backend) that agents and humans both use
• Create data pipelines for social media analytics (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) powered by AI agents
• Implement agent-to-agent communication, task delegation, and oversight systems
• Work with Prefect, Docker, and AWS to deploy and monitor agent infrastructure in production

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) — beyond basic prompt engineering
• Understanding of agent architectures: tool use, memory, planning, multi-step reasoning
• Solid infrastructure skills — Docker, Linux, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Bedrock), networking, and CI/CD
• Experience with SQL databases and containerized production deployments
• Ability to ship fast — we deploy to production daily
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience building or operating AI agents in production (not just demos)
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, OpenClaw, or custom agent systems
• Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation
• Experience with social media platforms or creator economy
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
